What exactly do we do? We're building a structured and long-term lobbying campaign to influence VCs before the roadshow. We run this campaign over a period of 12 to 24 months. We organize an average of 40 meetings with key people. It takes the founders only 6 hours per month. We're responsible for making these appointments, monitoring each meeting, and reviewing the story we share with each individual.
We have developed a new practice to live up to the motto "always be raising".
